刚刚带够一星期，因为感觉不到压力，就非常想要换到下一副牙套。拿出第二幅试了一下，好紧啊！回想起医生说过的有人提前move到下一个牙套，结果把牙齿弄得更糟糕了，不得不修改治疗方案。有些担心，但是又有些疑惑不解。万一我的牙齿就是移动得比较快呢？于是很纠结的把第二幅牙套放到包里带来上班了，准备做点儿研究看看到底能不能提前戴。

原因是感觉不到牙套的压力了，可能是因为牙冠已经移动了，但是牙根的移动也许还不到位。这个时候如果提前带下一副牙套，会造成牙根扭转或者牙根萎缩。几幅牙套的效果积累下来，就会让后边的牙套不再fit了。严重的会造成牙齿脱落！

附上一个牙医的回复，我看到所有牙医的回复都是说要至少戴两周，耐心点儿！别着急啊！反正下一次见医生也得等6周呢！！

We had this question so commonly asked as patients will not feel pressure after few days of each aligner wear.

Invisalign movements are carefully built in each aligner based on certain number of hours wear per aligner. Even if you feel the aligners are loose (don't feel like putting pressure), the crown part of the teeth might have tipped, but the root movement might not have occured as wanted. So that can cause discrepency in the next aligner though it will take you few more aligners to find out that the aligners are not fitting well. That leads to mid course correction, something you want to avoid.

Summary is don't wear each aligner less than 2 weeks unless the dentist thinks it's Ok.
