my teeth not that crowded, only the upper one tilts so they look crowded from the front...the doctor also said the middle line is a problem, but he will try to fix it by pulling the inner most teeth,,, i hope it works, i really afraid of taking out more teeth

我也是拔一颗的，，也是上面的。。我的脸型为此发生了很大的变化。。就是颧骨高了，，脸颊凹了。。所以劝你在拔之前问问医生。。。让他把拔了之后的可能性都说清楚。。。应该有没什么影响和变化的案例。。。我当初想的就是拔一颗应该没什么都大问题的。。但悲剧就这样发生了。。。。

对脸型影响应该还是很小的- -
一颗的话估计对中线有点影响

本想整牙的，但是看到了大家对于脸型的讨论害怕了。。我22岁，女生，上边左边的门牙歪了，下边门牙前凸。没有龅牙。我的嘴很小，平时说话不怎么露牙齿，连我爷爷都没发现我牙齿不齐。医生说要拔4颗好牙，我还长了4颗智齿，不过还没长出来。现在在纠结该不该整。我的脸很小，脸型很好看。听大家说整了之后脸型会变得不好看，好害怕啊。。。大家有什么意见么。。。。
