2021年9月30日戴上牙套上牙套戴了四个月
2022年1月8日打种植钉三颗，上牙左右各一颗，中间一颗压低上牙。因为唇系带过长，剪了唇系带。
2022年2月9日戴了下牙套，垫高了上牙。感觉垫高后下巴没那么后缩了。
2022年3月16日下牙套换了新钢丝。
总共复诊7次
