这种东西叫什么啊？真的有效么？
名字叫Active mouth guard, the active mouth orthosis (OBA)，还真不知道怎么翻译成中文，暂且翻译成“咀嚼肌训练器”吧，具体介绍的网址http://en.kinepod.com/products-soles-active-mouth-guard-posturology/active-mouth-orthosis/
应该说这种东西的作用是平衡和训练脸部肌肉，对于那种因为单边咀嚼而造成的两侧肌肉发展不平衡，导致咬合变化，下巴侧滑有很好的疗效。
因为脸凹的主要原因就是因为长期的戴牙套，以及拔牙时脸部肌肉受到刺激而萎缩，肌肉的凹陷导致了脸凹（而不是骨头凹陷，这点必须明确的，拔牙和戴牙套不会改变脸部骨骼）。。肌肉萎缩要解决就是要多活动，多训练，让它重新发达起来。。因为肌肉训练是恢复脸型的唯一途径（吃胖胖当然也可以，可是谁想这么做呢！）
以前我想过下牙套以后嚼口香糖来训练，结果医生说千万不要这么做。嚼口香糖是可以训练肌肉，但是不能平衡地训练肌肉，长期咀嚼口香糖有害无益。
所以，专业的肌肉辅助训练器就变得很有用了。。
可以了解一下。
因为这是一个法国的公司，如果要购买的话是需要国际visa账户的，而且很贵。。我想同样的东西，国内应该也有的（论坛里确实有国内的朋友在用），建议去牙医那里问问看
