戴上牙套第六天，逐步从痛苦中解脱，还是有感觉的，吃不下，睡不好，整个人都憔悴了，免疫力低下，一开始没有做好功课，吃尽了苦头，弓丝扎嘴，结扎丝扎到舌头，口腔溃疡都挺过来了......带牙套真不是一般人干的事儿，想放弃、想死的心都有！

大前天才弄得，右边那个快把我弄死了，太长了，戳了一个大洞，溃疡了，笑的时候嘴咧大了都刮的疼不过也有人没感觉的

我今天第二天上牙套，现在上下牙不敢咬合，咬合就很痛，不咬就能挺住了，我还得坚持几天不痛啊
