最近看了版上很多人关心脸型的变化，也有很多人强调：'明明医生说脸型不会改变，为神马我的却毁容了！！！'之类的。我自己对这个本来是无所谓的态度，因为我是蛀牙掉了+虎牙+开咬合（闭嘴上前牙挨不上），所以索性就弄了。但前期的功课我也是做了一些的。关于脸型变化，有个正负区间，只要在此范围内，我就可以接受。
上网找了一篇文章，针对成年人正畸的。我觉得比较好，也浅显易懂，准备整牙的筒子可以看看。

关于成年人矫正的脸型变化！
我就不逐字翻译了，只把关于脸型的highlightened说一下大家参考参考。

这点我有点震惊，因为下了牙套很是会有长期的脸部骨骼影响。不过想想也是。牙套帮你把牙齿排排好，以后肯定还是会有点变化的（比如小的反弹？）但我个人认为这会是个好的变化，让你的脸型+牙齿更加吻合，因为有时候骨骼移动快，所以牙龈+脸部肌肉结构可能会经过几年慢慢适合你的新脸型。所以这点我认为是个好的迹象，也就是对脸型不满意的，脸型会恢复。

以上就是全文了，除了推销部分以外我个人认为比较客观，不像看有的筒子的帖子说：医生说不会变。<-这就扯了，牙都拔了，嘴部支撑都改变了，怎么能不变呢？？？即使不拔牙，牙齿变了也还是会变，多少而已。
还有一点忘记说了，就是牙套本来就要1年-3年，你说本来就是成年人正畸，再加几年重力+年龄的影响，就算不带牙套都是会有所改变的不是？？所以还是要把心态放好，放轻松。比如咱坛子里面有个牙套大姐姐（她总是自称大妈，但lz森森觉得她心态年轻！）带了牙套明显就年轻漂亮很多！！

辛苦了:lol 我觉得牙套加力回收，牙整齐了，牙弓变小了，加上拔牙的空位，脸肉的支撑点少了，同时牙套时候有一个回收的力刺激神经，以后感觉脸形变了，特别是颧骨变高了 总而言之 只要是矫正拔牙的 脸型都不会变回之前，脸凹，高颧骨变高.. 我貌似也有点了 希望能给大家点信心 但愿能恢复吧。 我的脸型变化好大，颧骨特别突出，两颊凹陷，每每看到以前的照片，伤心不已~难道是医生技术问题？
